Snapshotz Online the Web based self audit tool for customer service announced as a finalist in the 2010 TUANZ Innovation Awards.

The award ceremony is to be held at a black tie event on Thursday 2 September 2010, Langham Hotel, Auckland.

Developed in NZ but gaining ground around the world, Snapshotz is the cheapest tool to keep track of the entirety and delivery of the customer experience.

Targeted at senior Customer Service Management Snapshotz Online is a unique and low cost tool with multiple applications audit, planning, training, comparison of teams and performance, review and reporting.
